The SCA’s vision is to see a world-leading artisan and speciality cheese sector in the UK, with a diverse community of sustainable, profitable businesses making and selling safe and interesting cheeses
The SCA’s Mission
The SCA is an alliance to encourage excellence in cheesemaking. We do this by:
promoting best practice, as food safety is of utmost importance to the industry
sharing technical information in order to help members solve problems quickly and efficiently, and to innovate and improve
acting as the voice of industry to government in order to ensure members’ needs are heard by policymakers
providing opportunities for networking and community building, to build a sense of camaraderie.
