The Specialist Cheesemakers Association is run by a representative Committee of cheesemakers and experts which meets three times a year.
SCA members can access the latest committee minutes on request from the secretariat.
The secretariat is provided on a part time, paid-for basis by staff from the Provision Trade Federation.
