Root Cause Analysis
The Food Standards Agency, Incidents Team have given access to their Undertaking Root Cause Analysis (RCA), which includes a short animated explainer on RCA aimed at smaller businesses, an RCA ‘Best practice’ example and several RCA single point lessons.
They have also developed some RCA training for both FBOs and enforcement officers. Please see the e-learning via Food Standards Agency
