Root Cause Analysis

  • The Food Standards Agency, Incidents Team have given access to their Undertaking Root Cause Analysis (RCA), which includes a short animated explainer on RCA aimed at smaller businesses, an RCA ‘Best practice’ example and several RCA single point lessons.

  • They have also developed some RCA training for both FBOs and enforcement officers. Please see the e-learning via Food Standards Agency
