Free Technical Query Service

The SCA free technical advice service is available to all members and designed to assist with straightforward queries ranging from technical issues with cheesemaking to micro and legislative compliance questions. Once received by the SCA, the messages are anonymised and forwarded to either Katy Fenwick (in the case of cheesemaking queries) or Dr Joshua Macleod (in the case of food safety or micro queries). All queries remain anonymous unless the producer stipulates otherwise.
