Goat's Milk Available - 12th June 2025
We are a goat milk producer in the North of England and currently supply Mario at Yorkshire Pecorino, Appleby Creamery as well Nicola Robinson formerly of St James’s now Raventree Cheese.
We have around 16 days a month of milk available and currently produce around 400 litres a day so are looking for cheesemakers. We deliver it, and currently travel up to 2 hours from farm with milk.

For Sale - Sheeps Milk - 16th March 2023
We are a new large scale sheep milking farm based in Hertfordshire along side our current flock of 2300 Romneys we have just started milking a flock of 300 Romney X lacurne sheep through a brand new state of the art milking set up. These sheep are run on a ultra high welfare low intensity system, where lambs are kept on for the first few weeks of life until they are old enough to be weaned straight onto pasture. Ewes are outside year round and milk on high quality herbal leys, making us somewhat unique. Our whole farm is classed as Carbon negative meaning we take in more carbon than we produce.
During May, June and July we will have an excess of around 1000 litres of milk a week excess to our current customers requirements.

We are a well established business operating in the production and distribution of fresh Italian cheeses, with facilities based in the UK (London).
Our lab is located in central London and our proposition is to offer British consumers (both wholesale and retail) the ultimate experience of fresh cheeses produced and consumed within hours (no more long-haul transportation).
Our strongest and unique proposition is that, in addition to the freshness of products done locally, we strive to support the local farming industry by utilising exclusively British milk.
At the moment we are sourcing our milk (raw) from trusted farmers, who we have built long and tight relationship with. As a result of the challenging environment we have been operating for the past year, we are trying to optimise our process, but outsourcing the pasteurisation process.
Hence we are looking for a farm or a group of farms willing to join our trusted family of suppliers and supply us with pasteurised milk.
We need milk with a fat content not exceeding 4.0 / 4.5.
