About The Naked Farm
The Naked Farm is a working farm in West Sussex developing a new farm-to-consumer dairy operation.
We are looking for a reliable, technically minded and hands-on individual to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our new pasteurisation and bottling unit, with scope for the role to develop as the dairy expands into the production of yoghurts, cheeses, ice creams and other dairy products.
The Role
You will oversee the process from milk preparation and pasteurisation through to bottling, packing and dispatch, ensuring everything is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a practical role suited to someone with previous experience in dairy processing, pasteurisation, bottling, food production or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor pasteurisation and bottling equipment.
Maintain accurate temperature, production and traceability records.
Bottle, pack and prepare products for delivery.
Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
Carry out cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.
Carry out routine equipment checks and report any issues.
Keep the production area organised and ready for use.
Work closely with the farm team as the dairy operation develops.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, responsible and mature.
Technically minded and confident with machinery.
Experienced in dairy or food processing.
Practical, organised and detail-focused.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
Passionate about high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Previous experience with pasteurisation equipment, bottling, CIP/cleaning systems and HACCP would be advantageous.
